About
I am an interactive, insight-oriented and solution-focused therapist. With compassion and understanding, I will work with you to help you build on your strengths, and attain the personal growth you are looking for.
The adults I work with are able to safely explore difficult emotions, process life events, and explore future goals. If you are an adult seeking parenting guidance, this is a particular specialty of mine, and I will help you utilize your own unique strengths and come to feel more confident in your parenting style.
If a child or adolescent chooses to come to therapy, the child knows that something is not working in his/her life. At times, this therapy is maximized by parental work and/or family therapy where individuals can learn ways to resolve family conflicts, strengthen sibling relationships, and solidify the bond between parent and child.
