Sessions are remote or “walk and talk” therapy in Essex Junction parks—an option that blends the proven therapeutic benefits of nature and movement with therapy interventions.

My work integrates two evidence-based approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). CBT provides practical strategies for relief of symptoms, while IFS explores and works with different neural networks or “parts” of the self to reduce conflict, foster integration, and promote healing.
