My background in theatre and education has served as the foundation for my clinical work. Drawing from a mindful and solution focused approach, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems theory, psychodramatic techniques and other useful interventions that are tailored to meet your unique treatment needs.
I have collaborated with individuals, couples, and groups struggling with a wide variety of issues including addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma related disorders, chronic stress, poor self esteem and relationship difficulties (just to name a few!)
