I have 20 years experience in treating relationship problems, anxiety, depression, co-dependency and ACOA issues, trauma, and just feeling stuck. My approach is holistic; combining talk therapy with body-centered psychotherapy. We will decide collaboratively, the best approach for you.
I have an MSW from the University of Michigan, and I am a Certified Core Energetics Practitioner. My training has included theory and practice in Psychodynamic Therapy, Core Energetics Body Psychotherapy, EMDR, and Exceptional Marriage Mentoring.
Core Energetics is a powerful body-based process that works with energy, movement and consciousness to release blocked and held feelings. It helps us move through the frozen history in our bodies and opens us to our full capacity for pleasure and fulfillment.

This highly experiential training in Core energetics is a powerful way to enhance your self-development. It will provide participants with an understanding of energy and consciousness in the body. Learn how and why emotions become blocked and ways to open the flow of untapped life force to increase joy & creativity. Approved by the NY Institute of Core Energetics & taught by local faculty members, the program allows you to complete the first and basic year of the curriculum in an accelerated cost-effective format. Meets one Saturday per month.
