Feeling stuck in life is frustrating, to say the least. I practice from a strengths based, trauma informed approach. My goal is to provide an inclusive and supportive environment to assist you in getting unstuck, strengthen your resilience, and flourish as the beautiful human you are. I also strive to provide space for choice, autonomy and growth in the healing process.
Many years ago I lost a friend to suicide which drove me to be the therapist I am today. I have experience working with adults across the lifespan. I have a passion for working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, police officers/first responders, veterans, those who are neurodivergent, and women’s related issues.
I have specific training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and interventions for suicide prevention. I also am able to provide readiness assessments and letters of support for individuals seeking access to gender affirming care.
