Maybe you learned feelings are dangerous. I specialize in attachment trauma and working with people pleasers, intellectualizers and those who don't feel fully safe to be authentic about their needs.

Many of us struggle with relationships because we are so afraid our needs are too big, our feelings are too much to handle, or no one could understand what it feels like to be you. I utilize attachment-based modalities (BSP, EFIT, IFS, etc) to help folks connect to the root of their needs so they can foster a better relationship with themselves and others.

A big barrier to treatment can be the fear of judgment. Please know, no matter what you're calling in with, I will listen. The world may provide opinions, but I'm here to work with you to build the life you want and to help you cope with your struggles with empathy.
