My approach is collaborative and straight forward. I draw from evidence-based tools like IFS (parts work), CBT, DBT, EMDR, and more—but what matters most is what works best for you. Some days we will be tactical, building tools you can actually use. Other days, we will slow down and get honest about what is underneath. You lead. I follow. Simple as that.
Therapy should feel like a connection, not a chore. You do not need to be “good at feelings” to start—just willing to show up. I bring my full self to this work: warmth, curiosity, and a commitment to keeping it real. We can go deep without getting lost.
