I enjoy working with mature, spirituality oriented clients who are interested in working on themselves and in engaging in a mutually cooperative relationship with a spiritually grounded, compassionate therapist. I have over 25 years experience in helping clients who are dealing with loss, change, and transition. I work with clients to help them identify and process their feelings concerning their specific losses, whether they be due to the death of a loved one, the ending of a marriage, the loss of a job, the loss of a home, or the losses that come as part of the aging process.
I help clients deal with any guilt they may feel around their losses as well help them create a cherishable memory. We work together to help them cope with the loneliness and emptiness that comes with loss and to reinvest their love and energy in others. I offer hope and healing.
I offer both counseling and spiritual companioning. I provide life, job, and retirement coaching. I see my clients as capable of change, and I do my best to help them make the changes they choose in a caring, supportive environment. Home visits and phone consultaion are provided as needed.
