I'm trained in Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Brainspotting, and Adventure Therapy. Through experiential activities like expressive arts, Sandtray, tabletop games, and mindfulness techniques, I encourage people to connect with their emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations; thereby helping them discover their strengths and develop better coping skills.
