About
The journey toward finding peace and renewing hope begins by taking that very first step . . . and I am here to guide you each step forward toward hope and healing. I enjoy the process of guiding both adolescents and adults through the exploration of their personal stories to help them reach a place of self-awareness, personal empowerment, and renewed hope for the future. I provide therapeutic counseling to individuals, couples and families, specializing in adolescent and parenting dynamics.
Our life stories are often conflicted with painful relationships, difficult trials, trauma, and many other obstacles that trigger anxiety, depression, and shame. The good news is found in the blank pages of your story where you can develop the personal empowerment to write with a hopeful healing heart.
I will meet you where you are in your life story within a safe, trusting environment to provide guidance toward exploring a deeper self-awareness of body, mind and spirit, while building the tools necessary to persevere through those obstacles and trials in life. Your steps toward healing and wholeness are waiting . . .
