This approach helps if you are feeling stuck in patterns that are not working for you, struggling with self criticism, experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, etc. I offer insight-oriented conversations, practices, and tools to help you find more balance and harmony from the inside out.
For those who are interested, I often teach mindfulness and self compassion. This includes emphasis on developing clarity and insight about yourself while offering practical tools and practices. While we gain new direction and understanding, you will experience my gentle directness, willingness to be frank and accessible, and moments of laughter.
