Limited openings! Good therapy happens best within the context of a strong trusting relationship between client and therapist. I use an eclectic trauma-informed approach to pull skills from cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, harm reduction, brief solutions focused therapy, and motivational interviewing to cater interventions to each person's unique set of symptoms, goals, and readiness for change. I am experienced in treating anxiety disorders, PTSD and trauma, depressive disorders, mood disorders, and substance abuse & addiction. Looking for a cozy space to process and plan? I'm ready to join you!
I have a Master's in Social Work, am a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and have been practicing for over 13 years. Experience with special populations include: Complex-PTSD, prolonged grief disorder, neurodivergence, students/early adulthood, and other helping professionals. I have lived experience with anxiety, addiction, and trauma.
You have a Heart of Gold. Through meaningful connection, mindful decision making, regular intention, support, and humor, we'll work together to bring forth your innermost light. Humor, sarcasm, art, bugs, tattoos, and also tenderness, grace, collaboration, authenticity, and intention. Anything worth having requires your attention, let's look together.
