I’m Margie- a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Perinatal Mental Health professional (PMH-C) with over a decade of experience helping folks navigate their healing journeys. I utilize a trauma-informed, relational approach and draw from several frameworks including CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based interventions.

I engage in a collaborative process with my clients to learn about each individual’s unique strengths, challenges, hopes and fears, and subsequently tailor interventions and practical strategies for change. I aim to create a relaxed, nurturing, nonjudgmental space, where we both feel safe to be our authentic selves. I look forward to getting to know you!
