I’m Margie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Perinatal Mental Health professional (PMH-C) with over a decade of experience treating postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, and parental stress. My trauma-informed, relational approach integrates CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based tools for meaningful change.
I work collaboratively to understand your strengths, fears, and the pressures you carry—at home, in your relationship, and within yourself.
