I am passionate and committed to helping my clients wake up to their true self that has always been there, but might be buried beneath layers of hurt, loss, trauma, grief, and learned patterns of behavior. Through my own journey of growth and healing, I want you to experience the same thing, discovering your sense of worth and value. My goal is to create a safe place where we can explore, seek answers, and address struggles and challenges you are facing. We will grapple with what to hold on to and what to unlearn or discard, and help you develop a relationship with yourself that feels good, grounded, and meaningful.
I am EMDR trained (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). I provide support for people pleasers and perfectionists, I work with addiction and 12 Step recovery, and with those struggling with codependency and disruptive relationship patterns. I also work with spiritual trauma and those struggling with assertiveness and boundaries.
