Empowered Within: Confidence Building for Women
Are you ready to silence self-doubt and step into the confident, empowered woman you’re meant to be? This 8-week therapy group is a supportive space designed to help women build lasting confidence. Together, we’ll challenge self-doubt and negative self-talk, cultivate self-compassion and deeper self-trust, discover and own your strengths, and practice real-world strategies to grow your confidence. Each session will include guided exercises, group discussions, and actionable takeaways to help you apply what you learn to your everyday life. This group will run for 8 weeks starting on Jan 7, 2025.
