I’m passionate about helping people manage multiple concerns including suicidality, self-harm, and dissociation.
I’m intensively trained in standard Dialectical Behavior Therapy and DBT-PE for PTSD, from trusted trainers such as Behavioral Tech and The Practice Ground. 6 Week Beginners Mindfulness Group
Basic mindfulness skills can help you manage difficult thoughts and feelings, making them less intense, and increasing your ability to manage them. This six week mindfulness course was created for beginners who want to turn thoughts and feelings into allies. Participants will learn several basic techniques to help them develop greater awareness of the body, thoughts, emotions, and even deal with the inner critic.
