This way we learn more about it and develop evidence based healthy coping practices.
As a therapist, the approach I use is based on your needs, symptoms & values. I'm open minded, flexible, and include your input throughout our sessions. I include a strenght based approach, CBT, and a combination of other modalities depending on your needs and what you find helpful. Your input is also valuable.
