The process of therapy can help you grow beyond the places you find yourself feeling inadequate, hurting, stuck, deficient, failing, unfulfilled, wounded, angry, resentful, ashamed, self-critical, unforgiving or fearful. I work with clients who are in need of individual, couple and group therapy. I utilize variety of different modalities such as client-centered, solution-focused, strength-based, empowerment and psychoeducation, depending on the client's needs. I have successfully helped many clients to achieve their goals and experience satisfaction in their lives.
I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing PTSD due to trauma or sexual assault. I have a Level lI training in Gottman's Couple therapy techniques to treat married couples and individuals who experience dating and intimate relationship issues.
