I have been a licensed clinical social worker for 32 years, in the mental health field. I am a bilingual, bicultural Spanish-speaking therapist. I believe that therapy is a way to get to an authentic state of being. To become honest with oneself and then with others, to set and hold strong boundaries and limits. To believe that you deserve to be treated well and with respect, to be loved and happy.
I enjoy helping others make changes in their lives to live more authentically. I will support and work with you to process through life challenges and transitions. I have worked with people who have experienced trauma, victims of crime, sexual abuse, and grief and loss.
