My biggest hitter when it comes to therapy is CBT but however I believe treatment should be client centered, so I always ask the client what are there preference whether it is CBT, DBT, ACT , Eclectic , and many more. Therapy is a case by case method which can vary upon the clients needs and the effectiveness of the modality as well.
