Life is full of surprises and stressors that can be tough to navigate on your own. As a therapist, I am passionate about empowering clients and collaboratively finding strategies tailored to meet their unique needs. I strive to create a warm, non judgmental environment to safely explore and overcome challenges. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples throughout Suffolk County, Nassau County, Long Island, and virtually across New York for concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, low self esteem, and coping with physical or chronic injuries.
In addition to providing traditional talk therapy, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and am pursuing full EMDR certification to further support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, and difficult life experiences.
