Many people come to therapy during moments of transition, uncertainty, or emotional exhaustion. Often, it's a time when something no longer feels sustainable, even if it’s hard to name exactly why. Therapy can be a place to slow down and begin making meaning of what you’ve been carrying. The therapeutic alliance between counselor and client is a sacred domain. Healing becomes possible when we are able to feel seen, understood, and met with care. I am continually moved by the resilience of the human spirit.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I work with children, teens, adults, and couples in the Charleston area and have experience providing care across outpatient, inpatient, and in-home settings. In our work together, I strive to create a collaborative, creative space free from assumptions or expectations about who or how you should be.
My therapeutic approach is primarily person-centered and integrative. My special interests include neurodivergence, trauma, life transitions for young adults and family of origin dynamics/ intergenerational patterns. I'm looking forward to getting started.
