Without a game plan, the hundreds of mistakes and misunderstandings that happen every day lead to cycles of blame, negativity and emotional disconnection. Even in the best marriages, couples argue and can become critical or defensive. Eventually, they have a conversation where they repair their misunderstandings and recover. Learning to repair your relationship (instead of settling for distance) is the REAL key to growth and happiness.
I start with a 4 session assessment process where I meet with you together, each partner alone one time, then together again where I provide sensitive, straight-forward feedback. I give each couple a do-able, step-by-step plan to resolve their differences and deepen their connection.
