I am passionate about helping people sleep well. If you have insomnia, you have probably tried many different strategies and read countless articles about how to improve your sleep. You may find that these strategies seem to either do nothing, or to help at first and then stop working. It's easy to feel demoralized and bewildered when you are working so hard to solve a problem and not seeing results. It can also feel like you are not able to move forward in your life until you have "fixed" your sleep, which makes you feel even more exhausted, frustrated and stuck after a bad night. Fortunately, insomnia is treatable.
In my practice, I use two powerful, evidence-based treatments, CBT-I, and ACT-I, to help my clients regain their trust in their ability to sleep. Most importantly, my clients find that after treatment for insomnia, they have more trust in themselves, more confidence in pursuing things that are important to them, and more enjoyment in their lives.
I love working with people who have insomnia because successful treatment is truly life-changing! Please reach out by email to set up a free 15-minute phone consultation.
