I view therapy as a whole-person journey—one that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I hold a Master’s in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and a Bachelor’s in Human Ecology from the College of the Atlantic. In addition to my clinical training, I am a certified Hatha, Vinyasa Sadhana, and Kundalini yoga teacher and have trained as both a Birth Doula and Midwifery Assistant. These experiences bring a holistic, body-centered perspective to my work and reflect my belief that healing unfolds through both insight and embodied presence.
