I work with adults and adolescents in individual, couples, and family configurations. I enjoy working with depression, and general stress as well grief and loss including neo-natal loss. Although originally trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, over the years I've added mindfulness and neuropsychology informed practices into my work with excellent result!
