As an artist, I understand the healing capacities of the creative process. I've spent the last 3 years learning how to bring this healing to others, completing my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Transportational Art Therapy from Naropa University. I am a humanistic art therapist at heart, with training in child-centered play therapy. My approach to therapy is creative and client-centered, honoring each client's unique intuitive wisdom within the therapeutic relationship.
