I offer guided applications with a down to earth safe space to begin sharing and releasing the internal responses that maybe holding you back from a happy calmer way of living. I also bring the science of sound & body into sessions and offer opportunities to Heal.
My skills are in creating individual treatment plans for diagnosis of PTSD, anxiety depression, bipolar, personality and attachment disorders, and child family dynamics in healing from trauma and preparing for transitions in life.
