My focus the last 15 yrs has been in giving the client back their own willpower and motivation to heal themselves. I have tools from many practices that can help the client create their own cultural space and identity to heal from their traumas. I can guide children and parents in building better communication and conscious awareness of their own behaviors. I am a social worker and understand the family system and the communities we live in with great expertise. I have worked with toddlers, elementary schools and teachers through high school and career development.
I even served in the county jails and addressing substance use with DBT and Art therapy techniques as well as helping families with end of life care in a nursing home.
Today I enjoy my family work the best and I also love to serve my young adults in rebuilding and taking back control of their best life.
