Hello, I welcome you to my profile. I am a licensed professional counselor, certified substance abuse counselor with 26 years experience treating adults with mental health and substance abuse issues, including life transitions and adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, bipolar illness, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. I have a long affiliation with the military community, and am proud to provide clinical services to servicemembers, veterans, and their adult family members. I have expertise in treating adults with co-occurring disorders, PTSD, trauma, compulsive behaviors, and grief/loss.
I provide client centered, trauma informed therapy utilizing MI (motivational interviewing), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), and Brainspotting.
