My therapeutic approach is designed to understand where you come from while helping you work toward your future goals. I utilize various therapeutic techniques to engage my clients toward change and an insight-oriented lifepath. I strive to develop a strong therapeutic alliance with all my clients based on trustworthiness and transparency.
I earned my Doctorate in Forensic Psychology from Alliant International University in Fresno, California. Throughout my graduate program, internships, and life experiences I have been exposed to an array of clinical populations. I have worked with the severe and persistent mentally ill, adults with developmental delays, severe disorders, and more!
In my free time, I am busy enjoying time with my family and friends. I enjoy running, listening to music and I listen to various podcasts. I love animals, especially giraffes, and enjoy spending time outdoors.
