About
My name is Margaret Ngunang, a Licensed Social Clinical Worker with over 19 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families with ADHD, Aging, Adolescents/Teens, Anger Management, and Anxiety. I use a mix of Attachment-based, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Couples Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Therapy during treatments with my clients. I believe that no matter the struggles that clients enter the room with, there is always a glimpse of light within them.
You will set goals on what you are interested in working on in the short and long term through our exploration of your issues/challenges. I will act as a support system and guiding light for you that will help you navigate and process challenging issues effectively, no matter the nature of the problem or trauma.
The person in the room fuels my drive as we explore the history or narrative they bring into the treatment, Explaining why they are in the healing space and how they would like to use it; this is where we get to know what your goals are and what approach I would be using. If I seem like a good match for you, I welcome you to reach out and get started today!
