I'm a person-centered and EFT (Emotionally Focused) therapist who believes in the capacity for growth and change through empowerment, support and collaboration.
Therapy is not a one size fits all therefore, my approach is considered eclectic and tailored towards those I work with. I draw from a number of modalities utilizing aspects that will work best with the individual sitting in front of me. I specialize in fostering healthy communication both spoken and unspoken with individuals and couples. I teach people to both hear and listen while rebuilding emotional safety in relationships. I am also an ENM/CNM friendly therapist.
I believe authenticity and empathy are essential components to therapy and I am deeply committed to creating a space where you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are.
I am also a registered yoga teacher and reiki master which allows me to use aspects of those trainings in my practice, providing a more unique therapeutic experience.
