My areas of focus include anxiety, trauma, EMDR, depression, burnout, and perinatal mental health. I especially enjoy working with clients navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, changes in identity, and the emotional demands of early parenthood. For those who have experienced trauma or continue to feel affected by difficult memories I incorporate EMDR.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should be individualized to you rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
