Are you concerned about a child or adolescent that is struggling? Are they shutting down and sad? Worried or mad? Are they having trouble functioning at school or with friends? How about at home and with their family? Has something in their life changed? Maybe they need a little more support at this particular time... Therapy can help. I work with individuals of all ages, couples, and families.
My specialization is working with children & adolescents, which also helps inform the work I do with adults, couples & families. Many of my clients come in with anxiety, depression, learning, relationship, identity and self-esteem issues, as well as issues around addiction. Certified in EMDR and trained in Brainspotting, AF-EMDR, TRM1 &2 & TF-CBT.
I have a MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch where I specialized in child studies. I am certified in EMDR and trained in Brainspotting, AF-EMDR Trauma Resiliency Model 1 & 2 & TF-CBT. Prior to pursuing a career as a therapist I worked in publishing, the arts, and education.
