I believe all of us strive for significance and belonging. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals and helping them tap into courage, connection, their own capability, and an environment where they count. By utilizing an integrative blend of evidence-based counseling modalities, my goal is to meet my clients exactly where they are through a relational therapeutic environment. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and have pursued additional training in a variety of counseling methods.
From questioning if counseling is even right for you to knowing of areas in your life that need growth, I am excited to work with you no matter at what point you begin. If you, your relationship, or your family feels stuck I promise to walk with you in exploring the change you hope to see and support you in accomplishing your goals.
The body-brain connection and the tie between physical and mental health is something I love exploring with my clients and am currently pursuing my certification as a personal trainer in my free time.
