As an Independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, and trauma. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work (MSSW) at the University of Louisville. I have successfully worked with women who have found themselves in abusive situations and recovering from abusive relationships. I have worked with teens, women and men on rediscovering their voice and ability to advocate for themselves.

Learning how to reframe thoughts and past events, helps one gain new perspective and helps heal wounds that can be disabling. I focus on teens/adults 18 + and create a safe and supportive environment where one can explore their thoughts and feelings.

Being that sounding board and offering guidance through life's challenges, I am confident, by joining together, we can find a way through some tough times. Together we can effect change!
