To that end, I use a blend of talk therapies with Accelerated Resolution Therapy and draw on a variety of proven, time-tested techniques.

My approach is strengths-based, caring and empowering. You are the expert on you and your life story is of utmost importance. Together, we set the pace. A.R.T. jumpstarts positive transformation by connecting the emotional brain to the thinking brain. This makes new mind-body pathways which empowers clients to let go of what no longer serves them.
