About
My focus is helping adults, and families cope with the challenges that move through our lives. I provide counseling for adults, teens and children hoping to balance life's stressors. Whether it is navigating middle school or work related stress, communicating relationship issues, or comforting overwhelmed children and teens, I can help you plan for, and cope with change. I have experience with trauma and grief counseling, as well as relationship changes and the impact of divorce. I also provide individual counseling for parents and teens coping with chronic health issues including diabetes and obesity.
I am available for telehealth sessions as we all adjust to the new stress and isolation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.
