Navigating and healing from difficult life events can leave you feeling lost or overwhelmed. Together, we can build more resilient ways to relate to yourself and those important to you. As part of this work, I create space for reflection and intentional growth, helping clients find ways to strengthen their connections with others.
I use a compassionate blend of narrative, relational, and other theoretical approaches to support individuals, couples, and non-traditional relationships. I encourage clients to creatively explore ways we build meaning from our experiences and relationships to find a more fulfilling future.
While it is not required for your visit, I am happy to accommodate requests for the use of any personal protective equipment during sessions. I am currently working under supervision as an intern while completing her master’s degree at University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. I affirm the experiences of trans, queer and polyamorous individuals.
