Many of the individuals I support are first- or second-generation immigrants who have grown up balancing differing values, expectations, and roles—often leading to people-pleasing, perfectionism, and anxiety. I help clients understand these patterns and reconnect with their authentic selves.
In couples work, I support partners facing communication issues, emotional disconnection, or the aftermath of betrayal and infidelity. My goal is to help each person feel seen, safe, and empowered to grow individually and together.
My specialty is helping clients reconnect with who they truly are amidst life’s challenges and internal confusion. I provide a space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Using EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I guide clients in uncovering the deeper roots of their struggles—often by connecting with and healing the inner child.
I work closely with Asian and Asian American clients and understand the tension between cultural expectations and personal identity. If you feel torn between others’ demands and your own needs, you’re not alone. I’m here to support you in finding clarity, balance, and a path that feels true to you.
