I work with clients of all ages to understand their unique needs and strengths and help them develop skills and strategies and to access needed services for managing challenges and actualizing their personal goals and potential. I strive to be authentic, warm, and direct in both therapy and assessment, and I value the diversity of human experience. I conduct therapy and skills groups and provide comprehensive testing and evaluation services. Many clients seek evaluations to gain insight into themselves and/or to get needed supports and accommodations. I conduct assessments to identify learning challenges and to inform interventions.

My approach to therapy is integrative. I draw on techniques from my training in a variety of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Radically Open (RO) DBT to help clients with anxiety, depression, and stress and trauma. I also often work on addressing self-esteem and ADHD challenges.

I work with clients to better understand themselves through testing and therapy, and to meet their individual goals and build coping skills. I provide therapy virtually and in-person in Olney and Chevy Chase, MD. I also offer DBT and RO DBT skill building groups. I am licensed in MD, DC, and VA, and provide teletherapy through PSYPACT states across the US.
