My approach includes cognitive, psychodynamic, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and Family Systems Therapy to help my clients process and understand their patterns of thoughts and behavior. I strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment that helps promote psychological and spiritual growth and physical health.
My private practice office is located on LA's Westside, near Marina del Rey, California. I am located in the beautiful Victorian style Lind building. The sedate ambiance and charm provides a superb setting for therapy.
