I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, families and couples struggling to manage symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relational conflict, and insecure attachment. I enjoy helping others achieve their personal goals, escape suffering, and live a more fulfilling life. I have extensive training in EMDR and EFT couples therapy.

My passion for mental health stems from the adversity I faced as an adolescent. For the past eight years, I have contributed to psychological research, worked in various clinical settings, and transformed my history of suffering into the greater purpose of helping others.
