About
Welcome to anyone seeking ways to stop negative self-talk, decrease anxiety, fear, irrational thinking, and ways to calm challenges you may face. With over twenty years of clinical experience I have found that each individual has within themselves the resources and ability to become whom they wish to be and to improve their satisfaction in life. As your therapist, I join with you to identify patterns of thought and behavior that are no longer effective and assist in guiding you in discovering new, more rewarding ways of relating and connecting with others; assisting you in your journey of reaching personal and professional goals.
My clinical expertise includes individual therapy, child therapy, and therapy with couples and families in areas of relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions including divorce, loss of a partner or family member, and aging, chronic medical conditions, school related concerns and substance abuse.
My therapeutic approach and interventions are chosen specifically to meet your individual needs. Finding the right therapist is important, I offer a safe, comfortable, and confidential atmosphere, working extensively from a client-centered perspective with individuals of all ages. I offer evening and Saturday appointments as well as early mornings.
