Who am I? I am an experienced therapist who understands that your relationship with me is more important than the methodology I may use in your therapy. Who you may be- You are an individual, who has decided, perhaps, to invest in his/her future happiness. You are a couple or a family looking for cohesion and a shared vision. You may have mobility issues and need an accommodation, in a safe and secure virtual office. You are someone who may have no previous therapy, counseling or consultation experience. Or you have had these services in the past. Whoever you are, please know that your well being is my professional priority.

I value our therapeutic relationship over any specific methodology. If I had to identify a special area of interest, I find my strengths best lend themselves to systems work-two to eight individuals in relationships: Couples; families; focus groups. I am experienced with LGBTQ plus clients as well body dysmorphia issues. You and your boundaries I value.

Mature Women's Collaborative Support Group

The group focus will be on relevant topics to and for women ages 55-75 years of age. Topics will include: Self-realization/the changing roles of women post careers as wives, mothers/ professionals; finding purpose as individuals/members of communities; reigniting passion for life/love and more.
