About
Trying to navigate life and relationships during and after a pandemic has not only affected our daily routine, we may also find ourselves confronting frustration, anxiety and depression. We may feel out of control. My clients and I create a trusting and supportive environment. As we explore your individual stories, we find a path to reframe goals and challenges as we create a new normal.
Within the artistic community, I focus on how a patient's creativity can assist organically in coping with anxiety and depression. I also have over 30 years of experience in career counseling, discovering what may be blocking upward mobility and how to better function in the workplace.
I successfully create a safe and comforting environment where patients better understand trauma and loss through self-discovery, new insights, and understanding. Insights may have a spiritual component as an additional support system, not focusing on religion: but finding your own individual spiritual guidance as a part of an organic process of healing.
