I specialize in substance use and addictions of all kinds, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I utilize a blend of CBT, mindfulness practice, somatic consciousness, and psychodynamic approach to identify nonproductive thought patterns and behaviors that may be rooted in past traumas or abuse.
