My ideal client is someone who is ready to fully engage in care and put in the work it takes to create lasting changes in their life.

My focus is to start where the client is and help them get to where they want to be in thier own words, with thier own strengths and abilities.
I offer clients a safe space where they can openly communicate their issues, needs, and wants. I help clients manage and overcome thier anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships issues and anything else that is negatively impacting thier life.
