I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) in New York State. I work with adults of all ages who are coping with stress, depression, anxiety, and grief. I use a holistic, strength-based approach and enjoy helping clients improve their overall health and wellness and develop a more purposeful, meaningful life. I use evidence-based approaches, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I help clients identify and change unhelpful thinking patterns, develop healthy coping / problem-solving skills, and improve their overall well-being.
My communication style is down-to-earth, warm, and accepting. My clients tell me I am nonjudgmental and compassionate and that I take the time to thoroughly understand them.
